The Arrnan, or Deep Ones as some know them, are the residents of the planet Arrna in the Sygean Galaxy, are an amphibious race. They are very rare to see outside of Arrna though, as they are distinctly secluded. Humanoid in shape, with very smooth almost rubbery skin ranging from white to blueish hues. Deeper shades exist and generally come from deeper in the waters. Their gills exist on their neck. Instead of ears, however, they have a set of short webbed antennae on the sides of their heads looking almost like fins, that pick up sonic vibrations above and below the water just like ears would. They do have hair, and it's generally of lighter colors. Common ones include blue, purple, white, blonde, pink, and others. Their hands and feet are both webbed. Notably, Arrnan teeth are very sharp, and they have three rows of each, which regrow much like sharks. Due to this, many who see them have innate fear, as their bites are quite dangerous, but few Arrnan would. Their eyes are solid black, with bilateral eyelids meeting vertically instead of horizontally. There are rare cases where Arrnan are born with white eyes instead.
In regards to society, Arrnan exist under the belief that every being is equal. No matter of private beliefs, all have the same worth. Even non-sentient ones. Arrnan lifespan rivals elves, as most easily hit 1,000 years of age, the oldest of which is known to be nearly 8,000 years old. However, this also reflects in their procreation rates. Arrnan reproduce through a complex ritual involving no less than 5, and producing only one egg. An Arrnan egg sinks and rests at the bottom of the oceans, and hatches approximately a decade later. As such, very few are born regularly, and other races mating rituals seem frivolous and unusual to them.
They seek advancement in science and magic above all else. They are the most advanced planet in their system, and are huge players in interplanetary travel therein.

IN EXPLANATION:
Life from the Depths (Ex): Due to their lives deep below the water's surface on an entirely aquatic planet, Arrnan can see 90 feet in the dark, and can act freely underwater. This is not as Freedom of Movement, grapples can still apply, but movement, attacks, and vision are unhindered beneath the surface of any fluid.
Breath of the Deep (Ex): Arrnan can, if need be, convert water to air at an expedited rate and transfer it to any oxygen breathing creature (Generally through a kiss or other connection of orifices) to give them a full breath of air (And reset any drowning timer), although doing so fatigues them and it can only be done once a day, so they can recover.
Amphibious (Ex): Can breath water and air.
Regenerative Teeth (Ex): An Arrnan has several rows of very sharp teeth that regrow indefinitely. Any broken or lost tooth will regrow in 1d4 days.
Pressure Immunity (Ex): Arrnan are immune to pressure differentials due to depth, but not to the pressures of outer space.
Aquatic Empathy (Ex): Spending one's entire life in peaceful coexistence with myriads of undersea life gives Arrnan beings a unique ability to empathize with any sea dweller. In a manner similar to a Druid's Wild Empathy, an Arrnan can attempt to improve the demeanor of any sea creature by rolling a d20 and adding it's HD (Or handle animal check, whichever is higher). This ability generally takes 1 minute and requires both the Arrnan and the creature in question to be able to see each other by some means, although as with any diplomacy, this time frame can take less or more time, variably.
